The Loss of a Tooth

This kid was super excited to lose a tooth, especially since he is the very last one in his 1st grade class to do so. He pulled it all by himself. Sad thing is, I wasn't even home to witness it. Luckily Rob was able to capture some of the excitement on video for my enjoyment. The Tooth Fairy brought him a gold dollar coin and another dollar for good measure. ;) She also let us keep his tooth so I could put it in his baby book. So nice of her! ;)

Valentine's Weekend

We've been a whole lotta busy doing a whole lotta nothing important. At least it seems that way. I guess that's why the blog is suffering. We did have fun one weekend this past month. Valentine's weekend included lots of independent reading, a trip to the temple, a candlelit dinner at home with the littles, and P-Day with the missionaries at the State Museum. More weekends need to be like this weekend. :)
