Last Trip of Summer

The week before school started we enjoyed our last trip of summer to the beach. Once again, it never disappoints or gets old. We love the ocean, camping in the camper, ice cream, arcade, golf cart rides, feeding the ducks, and random entertainment like The Pirate Voyage show.  Fun, fun!

Update

School is in full swing, soccer started this week, golf started last week, and piano started 3 weeks ago - the rat race is on! And oh what fun!  Try to keep up.  ;)
As a fifth grader, Em is now a part of "Safety Patrol".  They help the other kids in and out of their cars during carpool.

Fun package from Aunt Molly and Uncle Jason announcing the gender of the babies - a BOY and a GIRL!!  They were so excited!  As were we!  :)

Riggs started piano this year.  So HAPPY to have Em here to help him out when he needs it.

Family bike ride on Labor Day weekend.  :)

"Friendly" family game of Uno.  I use the term "friendly" loosely.  ;)

Klein's 5th grade Lunch Buddy, Carlin.  Along with Safety Patrol, the 5th graders also help a kindergartner of their choice to settle in at lunch time - help them open hard containers, bags, etc.  Klein is a  big fan of his Lunch Buddy, as is Emery.

Emery's Lunch Buddy :)

Hanging out at mom and dad's.  Watching the Gamecocks.

Walking into church on Sunday morning.  (I really like this picture.)
